The Food Supply Chain Center is working on a strategic project for CAMST Soc.Coop, a leading international company on food catering. The project deals with the redesign and optimisation of the production & distribution system in response to the COVID-19 pandemic effects by the development and application of innovative models and methods to support decision making in the strategic, tactical and operation decisions.
