The Food Supply Chain Center collaborates with Olitalia on several issues and research activities:
- monitoring environmental and physical stresses affecting international shipments;
- laboratory and closed-loop simulation of the monitored stressed in order to simulate the effects on products at the place of consumption;
- sensitive analyses on simulated packages of edible oils for quality and safety assessment;
- test and validate new packages and enclosures adopting accelerated-life-test-analyses.
